Make A Face for Our Jack-O-Lantern

Give your costume a "Safety Check" before you go out.

Wear light colored clothing or reflective tape so you can be seen easily.
Can you see through your mask? Try using face makeup instead of a mask.
Make sure your costume isn't so long that you might trip.
Can you hear well? Make sure your ears aren't covered.

....and don't forget a flashlight!

Always use the "Buddy System".

Trick or Treat with friends.

If you will not be traveling with your parents, make sure they know which route you will be taking and what time you'll be back.

Only go to houses in your neighborhood.

Visit homes with porch lights on to welcome you!

Never talk to strangers and never get into a car with a stranger.

If a stranger offers you a ride, say NO and get away fast!

Look both ways before crossing the street.

If you are wearing a mask, take it off before crossing the street!

Have your parents check all your treats.
